Tolomato Island, Georgia

Designed for an Atlanta Developer, the 3,200 square foot house is a modern interpretation of the classic low country style.

Located on a Georgia barrier island hide-away once owned by heirs to the Reynolds Aluminum fortune, the residence consists of a 2,100 square foot main pavillion, a 1,100 square foot guest pavillion, and a 700 square foot courtyard.

The windows and gable trim evoke a sea bird in flight against the morning sun.
